Discover Your Innate Creativity

You don't need to be an artist.  You don't need to be good.

You just need to be curious.

What is Bad Art ?

Bad Art is allowing ourselves access to our innate creativity and curiosity to make art without judgement.

Who is it for?

Anyone wanting…

- More vitality in their life

- Techniques to open up to new ways of creating art

- The courage to live a creative life

- To create in a kind and supportive space

Anyone thinking...

- Is this all there is to this life?

- I don't have any creative talent

- I would love to draw but I can't

- I am hopeless at art / being creative

- I don't know how to play anymore

WHAT HAPPENS ?

After a brief introduction about what Bad Art is, Nicola will guide you through a series of exercises - all designed to free you up to get your creative juices flowing…

Guidance and options will be available on where to take your newfound inspiration to next.  A free flow tangent express ride, or slow moving sailboat... All speeds are welcome!

Each session will have a similar structure to practice letting go of your rational thinking to make space for your innate creativity to lead the way.

AT THE END OF THE 3 WEEK COURSE YOU WILL HAVE:

- Accessed your inner creativity and had a lot of fun

- Experienced how creating art is more important than the result

- Felt how being creative supports you to feel more alive

- Explored where you want to take your creativity to next

About Nicola Damery

Nicola wanted to go to Art college on leaving school but received the message:

“What’s the point in that…?”

So she dutifully became a nurse, then holistic massage therapist, then Forest School Leader.

Thanks to the small humans in the forest, she realised why humans of all ages need Play

(Adults call it Creativity).

She heard of Bad Art back in 2021 and it has been playing with her ever since.  She is passionate about introducing Bad Art to other humans so they can experience the benefits too.
